Brownies…..can be healthy Pt.1

 

Ingredients:

1 can of Red Kidney Beans,
1 tbs of Coconut Oil,
2 Eggs,
3/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder (I used Bourneville Baking Cocoa)
1/4 cup of Honey
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs Baking Powder

Recipe: Preheat your oven to 325 and either line your baking tin with tin foil or grease to prevent sticking. Next, using a blender mix together Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, Two Eggs and Coconut oil into a small bowl until creamy. Pour your red kidney beans into a sieve to remove excess water and,  add to your already blended bowl along with the Cocoa Powder and Honey. Blend everything together until it smells amazing, is a deep chocolate in color and then pour onto your tray before popping into your oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until you can no longer resist.
